🚫Do we have access to the jet ski or boat at the dock?▼
Unfortunately, no. We shopped around home insurance policies to find one that would include liability coverage if we let guests use the watercraft — but no insurer is willing to cover it if tenants operate them.
You're welcome to enjoy the dock, swimming, and the water slide (once Dock Power is on).

Absolutely! Please just make sure to clean up after yourself — especially with heavily marinated meats or fatty cuts. Our cleaner's scope is indoors only, so the grill is on you.
