Septic System — ImportantNo garbage disposal. Food scraps go in the trash — not the sink. Scrape dishes before loading the dishwasher. Do not flush feminine products or flushable wipes.
- Bath towels and lake towels are in the hallway closet near the main floor bathroom.
- Extra comforters are in each bedroom closet.
- First aid kit is in the laundry closet.
- Ping pong paddles, balls, and toys are in the black bin under the deck.
- Deck chair cushions are in the bins outside on the deck.
- Playground is for small children only. No adults. Bridge and zip line: 4+ years old with harness and adult supervision. Use at own risk.
- Treehouse is off-limits to guests — still under construction and locked. Please do not climb on it.
Water Level FluctuatesGA Power releases water from the dam throughout the day. Do not dive off the dock. Practice safe swimming at all times.
- Two paddleboards are on the dock. Paddles are in the black bin on the dock.
- Floats are stored under the deck — help yourself.
- Our boat is on the lift. You're welcome to tie up on the side using the mooring whips.
- Boat ramp: turn left out of the driveway, ~half a mile down on the left, inside a gated fence. Text us for the gate code.
- Oconee Springs Park is ~10 min by boat — beach, boat gas, small store, water toys for kids.
- The Georgia Power dam is also ~10 min away by boat.

Stock up before you arrive! The closest large grocery store is about 40 minutes away.

- Trash pickup is every Tuesday.
- Always use the red Ryland trashcan — roll to the front of the driveway near the mailbox before checkout.
- Only use the large black trashcan if the red one is completely full — notify us first.
- Failure to leave trash correctly = $50 additional charge.
Tap each item as you complete it. Checkout is 10:00 AM. Additional charges apply if not followed.
- Put all towels in the laundry area (cleaners handle the sheets).
- Remove all trash (including bathroom cans) into the red Ryland trashcan. Roll to front of driveway near mailbox.
- Cover deck furniture and put cushions away inside.
- Close the propane tank valve.
- Return paddleboards and floats to their storage spots.
- Put the lily pad back on the dock to dry.
- Return all toys to the black bin under the deck.
- Put the cover back on the children's picnic table on the deck.
- Load dirty dishes in dishwasher and start it before leaving.
- Remove all your food from the pantry and refrigerator.
- Lock all doors.
